Value Gateway is a commercial development project on the NE corner of I 10 and Riggs Road. The Value Gateway frontage which encompasses the area from the on-ramp on the NE turn for ....... sq ft of frontage to the east includes plans for an RV and Boat storage facility, plus standard storage, with U Haul pick up and services; as well as a full service national truck stop with a convenience store, truck parking, limited service hotel, QSR and full service restaurants and more
