n. Golf driving range
o. Hotels and/or motels
p. Kiddie parks
q. Miniature golf courses
r. Par "3" or pitch and putt golf course
s. Polo grounds or club
t. Private recreational grounds or club
u. Racetracks
v. Recreational campgrounds
w. Resorts
x. Riding stables
y. Shooting ranges- Rifle, pistol, trap and/or skeet provided that such facilities are not less than 2,500 feet from a residential district
z. Skating rinks aa. Stadiums or auditoriums bb. Tennis courts or clubs cc. Zoos or zoological gardens
2. Any permitted or special use of the C-1 or C-2 Districts may be included in a Planned Commercial proposal, subject to approval by the Community Council.
